Annabelle Gurwitch
Annabelle Gurwitch has been a hostess of film and television since Dinner and a Movie, and is also an activist for environmental and secular questions. Annabelle Gurwitch a New York Times best-selling writer, actress and critic of her autobiography Wherever You go There They Are: I See you Made an Effort. It's Tomato. I say Shutup and Fired. The show also featured the Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch has been a long-time host on TBS Dinner & a Movie. Her memorable television appearances are Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown as well as hosting WA$TED, a sustainability show which airs on The Planet Green Network. She has regular appearances in PBS Newhour Real Time, on NPR and in The Hollywood Reporter. Alongside creating op-eds, she produces satires, which are published in The New Yorker WSJ The Hollywood Reporter. An actress, her performances onstage have been recognized as among the critics' Top Ten performance on the pages of The New York Times as and The Los Angeles Times. Annabelle imparts her wisdom and humour in her take on the aging process within our society that's so focused on youth. The actress has performed the acclaimed show at theatre festivals all over the globe, as well as at the 92nd St Y Prevention Magazine AARP Conventions as well as ladies night for women's clubs across the country. Annabelle talks about the significance and sanity of families, the ones we're born into and the tribes we chose to belong.
